We were so happy to see over 160 of you during our online Morning of Mindfulness and AGM last Saturday.
It was truly nourishing to spend this time in practice and togetherness.
For those who couldn’t attend, or who’d like to revisit the morning, we’re delighted to share some highlights.
Sr. Chan Duc reminded us of Thich Nhat Hanh’s profound teaching: “One Buddha is Not Enough.”
It’s a beautiful invitation to recognize that all of our unique expressions, talents, and gifts are needed to reflect the richness and diversity of our Sangha.
As a beautiful illustration of this, we then heard heartfelt and courageous sharings from siblings representing the Colours of Compassion Sangha, Gender Diverse Sangha, and Neurodiverse & Disability Sanghas during the panel, “Making Being Peace a Place for Transformation and Healing for Everyone”
These reflections touched many hearts, and we are committed to deepening our understanding, accessibility and cultural integration as we continue in our aspiration to build a truly inclusive and multicultural Sangha together.
