Resident Community Member (Volunteer)

Live, Practice, Serve: Join Our Founding Resident Community

As one of six to seven initial community members, you’ll join us for 1-2 years, contributing your energy, skills, and presence to nurture both the physical space and the spiritual atmosphere of our centre.

Your days will follow the rhythm of mindfulness practice – morning meditation, mindful meals, and working meditation in the garden, kitchen, or supporting retreatants.

Every four months, you’ll rotate through different roles, gaining experience in garden tending, retreat support, kitchen practice, and office work. Throughout your stay, you’ll receive mentorship, join community-building practices, and explore both practical skills and the art of living harmoniously with others.
