On Saturday, 6th September 2025, some of our dear monastic brothers and sisters will be visiting Abenhall in order to Bless the Land for our fledgling Being Peace Practice Centre.
The day will be guided by our monastic friends from Plum Village: Br. Phap Lai, Sr. Tam Muoi, Sr. Lam Hy and Br. Thien Chi, together with sisters Sr. Tuc Nghiêm and Sr. Khan Thein from Deer Park Monastery.
Join the Ceremony online
During this time of gently establishing our presence on the site and in the local community, our capacity to host in-person events is currently limited while we complete the process of seeking new planning permissions with the local council for the future use of the site.
We are therefore arranging to livestream this special event in order to share as much of this meaningful and joyful occasion with you as possible, and we warmly invite you to join us online from wherever you are.
Together, we will offer our blessings to the new home for the Being Peace Practice Centre, breathe, sit, and rest in the energy of mindfulness, through guided meditation, deep relaxation, and heartfelt sharing.
To join the live stream, please register via button below.
We warmly look forward to sharing this day of peace and presence with you.

Dana (Generosity)
Dana is a voluntary expression of appreciation and gratitude. Practising Dana will be a cornerstone of our practice at Abenhall and it allows us to move away from transactional ways of relating into a joyful sharing of our time, energy and resources.
For this event, whatever you are inspired and able to contribute will be shared between Plum Village France and the Being Peace project, to support the monastic life-blood of our tradition as well as the opening of the new centre they will be visiting and teaching at.
Thank you so much for your support!
