This week we would like to offer you a grounding meditation from Sr. Tam Muoi from Plum Village, France recorded specially for the Being Peace Practice Centre Fundraising Campaign.

This short guided practice can help us connect with a sense of community practicing together and Mother Earth around us and within us. This meditation was recorded earlier in Spring however e can be in touch with all four seasons through our practice whenever we wish.

In our daily lives, we may often feel disconnected from one another, cut off from the support of community and separated from the natural world. Being with the Sangha, practicing together, can help heal feelings of isolation and disconnection and allow us to experience the joy of togetherness, with feelings of love and belonging.

At the Being Peace Practice Centre we will be practicing together as a Sangha. Everyone who comes will be part of the community. There will be an annual programme of organised retreats, courses and workshops run by visiting monastics, UK and European Dharma teachers, supported by the resident practising community. Local Sanghas will have the opportunity to run their own retreats, and individuals will be welcome to spend time there in individual practice.

Together we can create a centre for peace in the heart of the UK that will benefit visitors today and for generations to come.
