This is a 10-minute practice, so you might want to choose a spacious time in your day to really savour the gentle energy offered by this brother

You may wish to enjoy watching this practice or join us in the walking meditation. We can practice walking meditation wherever we walk. Becoming aware of our feet touching the ground and the flow of our breathing, with every step we can arrive in the present moment, bringing peace and solidity to our body and mind.

At the Being Peace Practice Centre we will be practising walking meditation daily, going together as a river.

Join us this Sunday as we bring the practice of walking meditation to the streets of central London – inspiring similar events in Washington, Los Angeles and France on the same day – as we walk in silence for nonviolence, reconciliation and a sustainable and just peace. If you cannot join in person, you can bring the energy of walking meditation into your footsteps wherever you are in the world, and be united with us all in spirit to Be Peace in the world.
